Human-in-the-loop override page for the AI Router cooldown system.
Use this rarely: when you fixed a workflow/config problem and want to retry immediately,
or when a provider was incorrectly cooled down.
Recommended behavior: temporary provider problems should cool down, but workflow/config errors should not.
If you see WORKFLOW_CONFIG_ERROR, fix the workflow first, then clear that one cooldown.
